Express bus services will have to be able to get passengers to their destination as quickly as possible. In this context, the Government will study the possibility of developing bi-directional bus lanes according to peak times and of developing additional bus lanes.

High service level corridors (CHNS) for buses on major routes will be developed.

It is not known to what extent this measure is being consistently implemented. Since March 2025, there has been a bus lane on a section of the A3, which may also be used by carpooling vehicles.
