Air quality

Poor air quality has direct and harmful repercussions on human health and the environment. Air pollution remains the leading environmental cause of premature death in the European Union. The Government will take the necessary measures to guarantee healthy air quality in Luxembourg. To this end, the relevant limit values will be aligned more closely with the recommendations of the World Health Organisation.
