Within the limits of the European regulatory framework, the Government will guarantee optimum support and guidance for young professionals in the sector and offer them high-quality initial and further training opportunities. Similarly, the Government will expand the range of individual advice and support available when setting up or taking over a farm.

The new draft of the Agricultural Act provides for selective improvements, but these are not yet sufficient. Meetings are also currently being held to discuss how to make it easier for people to switch careers. However, no concrete results are available yet in this area either.
