The decentralisation of jobs to the country’s development and attraction centres (CDAs) will also be a priority for the Government. The State will set an example by locating certain services and administrations in the CDAs. Work centres for the tertiary sector will be promoted on the basis of the economic activity zones model, and the construction of co-working spaces, located as a priority close to the borders with neighbouring countries, will be encouraged.
