The Government will systematically implement the updated version of the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNEC) to ensure that Luxembourg achieves its climate objectives, as defined in the relevant law.

Work is certainly being done on implementing individual measures in the plan. However, progress is very modest. The fact is that emissions in some sectors are actually rising again compared to previous years.
