The Government will systematically implement the updated version of the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNEC) to ensure that Luxembourg achieves its climate objectives, as defined in the relevant law.

It is difficult to assess the extent to which systematic implementation is taking place. But individual measures are being developed.
